My thoughts are my company

During my jogging this afternoon, I kept chewing on some thoughts in mind about “personnel satisfaction” , so thought why not sharing the opinion and here I am scribbling down this few lines . Am I satisfied? What would satisfy me? Or what would satisfy me more, still if I do feel satisfied? I believe at least once on a time you have asked yourself that question. Might be on a slightly different way to sound like “Am I happy” , so does  happiness mean satisfaction !? Don’t know….emh, same meaning..Can’t see any difference. The Chicken or the Egg!?  I believe if am satisfied, I would say am happy. I see myself using “if” which logically would tell that am not satisfied. What I may lack of to feel so! What people would compute, evaluate or put figure on so they come up with an honest answer. Is it the traditional equation of money, power, fame and love!? Ok don’t look for fame, want enough money to live a decent life and get all I may want having, believe that power is useless and love is something that we may pass by , so all in all that’s not the right equation. I believe a person may not reach satisfaction…like 100%- no discount-but would be happy if he succeeds to reaching some of the goals and life milestones he did put on. Am just denying myself , sorry for the confusion. Why am saying he’ll not be fully satisfied? Frankly speaking, I always put high expectations on myself and this sometimes makes life damn thorny;  cause u’re struggling to show up at all levels, to do ur best, to give and give so u can surmount obstacles and head to the top (not just professionally) but u do not always get where u want. The road is long and full of surprises. It’s always challenging and certainly gives meaning to life. But shall we low down our self expectations to eventually get there, up to satisfaction. Definitely not ! I rather prefer to not be fully satisfied then seeing my life expectations heading down.

Who’s in charge of pavements!? Whose responsibility is it to maintain pavements and keep it practical? That was today’s subject of the documentary” minute by minute”. I was not indifferent to the subject as I had the same concerns the last time I went home and seen the pavements terrible condition in downtown. It reminded me the image of Alger 15 years ago. A dirty shit place. That’s how I found one of our major city avenues; a wide bin. How come we went so down! It was never like this before and I know what am talking about. The situation on suburbs is worst.  The documentary focused on real cases comforted with citizen’s witnessing. The camera has shown real images of what seemed to me as a shaming truth.  We aim at being one of the leading countries when our pavements are fucked up. It’s not necessary to draw a picture; pavements tell about people mind. Everybody is stating that we need to alert peoples about the need to keep pavements clean for all the reasons we know. Shall we remind them to flush water closet too?  Come on!? Let’s be serious. Let them dive on their shit so they will experience what it is. I may be rude but am quite sure that this problem was only raised because of the incoming rain season and all troubles that come with. It s another pb that we will surely deal with soon. Let’s be fruitful; We shall make kids and young on early ages aware of their role as citizens to take care of pavements and whatever common structures. It is obvious that their learning shall come along with civil education.  This effort would bring up common awareness and comprehension of civism at all society levels.

You may note that I did not refer to pavements’ conditions affected by unachieved work that electrical, gas or water companies made us used to. It’s with no hope: I had lately to tip people to getting gas flow at home when all was about a button to press. They got the damn key.

Here i am blogging , though never i will, but last of all stepped up. Had some encouragement to be honest from a good friend who pushed me hard to start. Anyhow, have really nothing to loose and much to gain; I made my mind to write down my thoughts. It may be interesting for some of u so do not hesitate to stop by and drop comments.  For those who may feel annoyed: I do apologize: Don’t come again. No purpose to spread beliefs or to look for fame, it is just a thoughtpad where I may say whatever I can’t say anywhere else, critic as I usually do, share thoughts/opinion/ideas with nakama and anikis.
